You don't need to keep checking this page. We email you when your order is confirmed and again when it ships, with a link that always shows the latest update.
- The tracking page often takes a few days to show the first update, so don't worry if it looks quiet at first.
- Packages can also go quiet for a day or two while they move between carriers.
- If you can't find our emails, take a quick look in your spam or promotions folder.
Questions about your delivery
When will I get my tracking number?
Your Dreamlet ships within a day or two of your order, and the tracking link arrives in a separate email as soon as it leaves.
My tracking looks quiet. Is something wrong?
That's normal for the first few days, because the tracking often takes a little while to show the first update. If it still looks stuck after 5 business days, write to us and we'll check on it for you.
Can I change my shipping address?
Email hello@mydreamlet.com as soon as you can with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to update it.
It says delivered, but I can't find my package.
Check your mailbox, porch and with your neighbors first, because carriers sometimes mark a package as delivered a little early. If it still hasn't turned up by the end of the next day, email us and we'll help you sort it out with the carrier.
